Privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026. This policy covers mybridge.loans, operated by My Bridge Loans Corporation ("MyBridge Loans," "we").
What we collect
Information you send us through the scenario form or by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the loan scenario, which may include a property address, value, loan balances, credit score, occupancy, and the purpose of the loan. We do not collect this information unless you choose to send it.
Technical information: our hosting provider, Vercel, logs standard server data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, which it uses to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read. It runs in consent mode. Until you click Accept on the notice at the bottom of the page, it collects only cookieless, aggregated pings with your IP address anonymized. If you click Accept, Google sets its standard analytics cookies; if you click Decline, it stays cookieless. Your choice is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and you can change it by clearing site data. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To evaluate and respond to your scenario, to communicate with you about a loan, to comply with licensing and legal obligations, and to keep records required of a licensed real estate broker and mortgage originator. We do not sell your information. We do not share it for marketing by others.
Who we share it with
The private investors and capital sources who may fund a loan, and the third parties needed to close one: appraisers, title and escrow companies, credit reporting agencies, and attorneys. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the message to send it and does not use it for other purposes. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to your request and for the period California and federal law require licensed brokers to retain transaction records, typically at least three years after a transaction closes or is declined.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law does not require us to keep it. Email jevon@mybridge.loans or call 949-463-9898. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; contact us to exercise them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to scenario information to the people working on your file. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or full financial statements through the web form; we will request those through a secure channel if a loan proceeds.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
